  • Reinforcements : Multiple Plies High Tensile Nylon Cord, Helical Body Steel Wire

  • Outer Covers. : Synthetic Rubber Hose, Abrasion, Oil and weather resistance

  • Floating Material : Closed Cell Foam

  • Flange : ASME B16.5 - WN Class 150lb - 300lb on request

  • Nipple. : Seamless pipe Material ASTM A-106 A (max. Carbon 0.23%)

Double Carcas Floating Hose

  • Working Pressure : 15 bar /19 bar / 21 bar

  • Safety Factor : 5 x Working Pressure

  • Bursting Pressure : 75 bar / 95 bar / 105 bar

  • Bursting Pressure 2nd Carcass : 30 bar / 38 bar / 42 bar
